Hantzmon Wiebel realizes that great accounting firms, like all great enterprises, rely on great people. Strong ethics and a stable workforce are keys to our success. We know that a well-educated, productive, and satisfied workforce is critical to the quality of our service to clients. For this reason, we have created an environment that encourages work/life balance and lifelong learning while fostering personal and professional growth.
Training and development are also critical to our continued success. The firm assumes responsibility for sponsoring the professional development of our professional staff. In addition to requiring that all Professional Staff earn 40 hours of Certified Professional Education each year, the firm also offers continuing education on tax issues, legal concerns, professional standards, software, and technical issues. Through these training topics, the firm strives to provide a blend of the needs of the firm with the personal interests of our professionals. As you tour our website, please take note of the peer recognition evidenced in the selection of our firm members to be "Super CPAs."
Our involvement in the community is a hallmark of the firm and we have a long-standing commitment and dedication to the quality of the community in which we all live and work. In addition to supporting the community, the firm also supports the profession through associations such as the AICPA, Virginia Society of CPAs, and The Thomas Jefferson Chapter of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
