Career Growth Opportunities
Every new staff accountant is assigned two liaisons to help acclimate new hires to the firm – one in the tax group and one in the accounting and auditing group.
Training continues for the next two years, with classes and seminars that build both technical and people skills. Once you develop an interest or a niche, we help you advance your skills with ongoing training and education.
CPA Exam Support
We pay for first-time candidates to take the CPA exam, and assist with the cost of study materials.
The firm provides at least 40 hours of continuing education per year for the professional staff.
