Tax Manager

A CPA with at least 7 years of experience in public accounting, specifically progressive tax complexity, scope and research. Key responsibilities include: efficient, accurate and timely preparation and review of clients’ individual and business tax returns; a high level of research and planning in accordance to current laws; management of client’s tax compliance needs; and advisory services such as identification of tax planning opportunities and tax ramifications of complex transactions. Strong client relations and firm-wide leadership with training and development of team members are essential.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a collaborative approach.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required and a Master’s is preferred.

Small Business Accounting Associate

Seeking a motivated individual to provide accounting support to local clients. Must have strong bookkeeping/accounting skills, ability to organize and analyze financial information, ability to multitask and excellent communication skills. Advanced QuickBooks experience and skills required.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of QuickBooks and accounting experience. Payroll and income tax experience a plus.

Senior Tax Accountant

Experienced tax professional who has 2-5 years of recent public accounting experience with a proven track record of providing income tax compliance services to closely held businesses and individuals.

Responsibilities of the position will focus on preparation and review of individual, corporate and partnership income tax returns.

This position requires a candidate with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field and is a CPA or a CPA candidate. Solid technical skills, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills are required. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and well organized.

Staff Accountant

CPA or CPA candidate with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field. Qualified candidates will possess strong leadership potential and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Senior Accountant (Audit)

CPA or CPA candidate with 2-5 years of recent audit experience in public accounting. Responsibilities include planning and executing the day-to-day activities of audit engagements, interacting with clients, conducting accounting and/or tax research, and supervising, training and coaching other staff accountants. Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field. The position also requires strong accounting and analytical skills, a working knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with federal income taxation. Qualified candidates will possess strong leadership potential and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ideal candidates will be well organized and highly motivated.

Audit Manager

CPA with 8 years of recent public accounting experience. Will be responsible for planning and executing the day-to-day activities of audit and/or tax engagements and developing good relationships with clients (including closely-held businesses and their owners). Will conduct accounting and/or tax research. Responsibilities also include leadership and development of other staff members within the firm as well as firm management and community involvement.

Requires familiarity with federal income taxation and strong analytical skills. Requires strong audit skills with a working knowledge of US GAAP.
